Information in a request
A request includes your name, phone number, optional email, system and problem, urgency, city and state, optional street address, and agreement to the contact statement. The application stores these securely with a receipt and processing history.
Optional location assistance
Address search sends the text you type to Google Maps to suggest locations. If you choose Use my location and allow your browser’s permission request, your coordinates are sent to Google to identify a nearby city. Temperaly does not store those device coordinates with your request. Confirm where service is needed; you can always enter your city and state manually.
Optional measurement
Optional analytics are off by default. If you allow measurement through Cookie choices, page visits, form interactions, and campaign parameters may be stored. Contact details are kept separately from analytics. You can change your choice in the footer.
Essential storage
A secure receipt cookie lets this browser retrieve a limited confirmation for 30 days. Signing in uses authentication cookies. These cookies support the feature you request.
Service and data requests
Fulfillment integration is not enabled in this build. Final recipient disclosures, business contact details, retention periods, and the verified data-request process are launch dependencies. Do not enter personal information in the test environment.
