Questions for management

  • What is causing the moisture, and how will it be corrected?
  • Which materials or equipment need work?
  • Who will perform each part, and what qualifications apply?
  • What arrangements are needed during inspection and cleanup?
  • What records will show that the work is complete?
  • Who should receive a report if the condition returns?

Keep original photos, written requests, delivery confirmations, inspection documents, and invoices together. Keep medical records private; share them only with the appropriate clinician, adviser, or recipient when needed.
